As we enter the the end of exam season, we want to encourage college students to experience immense relief enabled my nature itself.Stress, worry, and exhaustion are all things that become too prevalent when it comes to finals.There are lots of studying and academic preparation to do that is straining on the brain and body in negative ways. After working so hard, a serene retreat to nature will refuel your energy and cultivate peace and relaxation into your mind which is great for your mental health.Mental health is something you should always nourish, we encourage you to nourish it extra outside by going to eco-therapy during may as it is mental health awareness month. REI has made an eco-therapy guide for you to follow after you finish your exams. Here are 5 ways you can take advantage of of free eco-therapy in the outdoors.
